I wish modern anime came with tl notes, it's something we lost in the great fansub dying event that hurts me because like yes I'm an ultra week and probably don't need notes but what about anyone else

If you're going to make something inspired by Japanese media, especially when it's inspired by a genre you should actually be knowledgeable about said genre

Its so sad that the iruma anime is mid because oh my god the Manga rules so much it's crazy, I'm doing a reread and the art just goes from good to great to phenomenal. Having such a ginormous cast but giving even the b and c and d side characters depth and breadth makes it feel so alive and lived in
