The cheapshow podcast's new album. It has 'cheaphow' at the top with hosts Paul & Eli sitting on a mountain of unwanted items that commonly are found in a charity shop. Holding the record upright are a pair of Ghostbusters II converse-style shoes.

Doing a stocktake at work. It's just gone 2am and one of the trainees walked up to me and stuck a post-it note on my head and nonchalantly said "Sticky Ricky" before walking away. Made a new friend it seems. Thanks #FBCFirebreak
