Estinien and Sacha are the same type of being, they're both Men Touched By Greatwyrm Aether. it's just that Estinien was forcibly reconstituted into a Dragon Man as an adult, while Sacha was just grown like that from conception. Like organically, from the loam.

Sacha (My Elf) is elezen-passing, sure, but it is important to note his ears have a fine layer of velvety fur and also he has prominent eyebrow whiskers. Like Kamil.
