"Bowl-a-Rama Drama" wasn't that good; it feels like two plans fused into one in a rather annoying fashion; and while I don't mind the hot chocolate/penguin scheme in some regards, again...if Doof wants to sell hot chocolate, sell hot chocolate without doing something evil!

"Traffic Cam Caper" was actually a fun episode; with the whole truth regarding Agent P colliding with Candace trying to find evidence of her brothers...oh and the dad needing his traffic tickets cleared.
