For Yuki I would say is his design wise, mostly because I had many ideas for him and even then I still knew exactly what I had in mind for him. Hanzo though is more so personality you can say as he was taken inspiration from a fav character of mine. Akane though is what I have written for her.

Hanzo someone who values communication and getting thing straight across as to not misinterpret his word. SO Hazno is usually upfront honest especially those close to him. It differ for Yuki as he's a rare being in the world so he's cautious of what he says to others, so somewhat honest in a sense.
