Jin doesn't resonate with Blades because he doesn't want them to be attached to him in any way or have any power over them as their Driver even if they became Flesh Eaters.

Just got to the scene in Chapter 8 in xb2 where Nia talks asks every Blade in the party if they would want to extend their lifespans, they say no, then she brings up that Jin probably felt the same way and that's why he doesn't resonate with more Blades. It really makes you think
