I remember it hitting the shelves with Lust for Life gleening him lots of new fans in the mid 90s,this track especially stood out for me as more of a Plant & Page sound..that fluidity of the acoustic guitar especially might have something you might have heard at a Folk Festival (Gallows Pole period)

I must say it took me ages to backtrack after the success of Seldom Seen Kid, but when I did I loved it, this is one of my favs, although like Nicky’s today I don’t think I ever saw a video before 🙌

I did see it what an amazing batch of releases including Robert Palmer & Joan Armatrading who I’d appreciate more now.. But I missed the Gillan one at the bottom, vein busting vocals and hair swishing majesty 😂😂.. I was in a record shop recently and the dividers between LPs was written as Gillian 😂👍

Music really does take you back to a time & place… this was school discos, and predominantly the girls hitting the dance floor after the boys sat down knackered after bouncing around to Bow Wow Wow or Capt Sensible’ Happy Talk
