CIAC2025 Plenary Session: Asia's Sustainable Infrastructure Opportunity
The Asian Development Bank has estimated developing Asia would need over US$26 trillion in infrastructure investment from 2016-30, or US$1.7 trillion per year. Pressure is increasing for that infrastructure to be sustainable and green. Smart and purposeful contributions from institutional investors as well as technology and service providers are required to deliver results.
This CIAC2025 session explores the areas of infrastructure need and how companies and institutions in Asia and Canada are responding to the sustainable infrastructure opportunities in Asia.

La Banque asiatique de développement estime que le développement en Asie nécessitera plus de 26 trillions de dollars américains d'investissements en infrastructures entre 2016 et 2030, soit 1,7 trillion de dollars américains par an. La pression s'intensifie pour que ces infrastructures soient durables et vertes. Des contributions intelligentes et ciblées de la part des investisseurs institutionnels ainsi que des fournisseurs de technologies et de services sont nécessaires pour atteindre les résultats escomptés.
