It had been eating me up just enough..
I like to keep remnants of my old things so that I can look back at them if I ever need to. It's why I keep all my art from community college in my closet even if I never look at it.

Though that may be a fun thing to try doing sometime..

Looks like I saved everything to my laptop literally last September.......
Oh thank fuck.
I didn't lose everything..
Just my references which I can replenish and maybe my cs6, but that's it..

It's at this point more of an unsteady hand sort of thing. My hands naturally shake a lot, so precise movements for putting in M.2 ssds is extremely difficult.

I hate messing with the internals of my computer so so much..
I don't know what I'm looking at half the time and although I can learn how to do it, I still can't stop my inexperience from destroying technology.

I attempted to put my new drive into my computer..
I think I probably broke something attempting to.
My hands are too shaky for this.. I need so much help.

And as I tried to push my desktop under my desk to deal with it later.. a stray logitech mouse fell directly onto the mobo

My ssd fried, so a few things were.
My failing HDD I'm trying to recover was something that got deleted a year ago and I never wrote over it so I'm undeleting it.

But all the art I've done in 10 years is on my dropbox so.. Least there's that.

Looks like the windows update that corrupted people's ssds, I was within that tiny subset of people who happened to have that EXACT drive that had that issue.

About 3 days ago I actually backed up all of my music onto a flash drive, but not the flacs for my sets.

So I lost the sets themselves, but I found the setlists on my virtualdj account. So I'll have to re-record if anything.

On another note, I had 10 years of art on my dropbox, but I would have lost all of my references and brushes. All vr things, all of my blender files (not that I had many) and so much more.

ssd is fried.
My metamour discovered that my original drive that had my content on (that I transferred to my new drive that's now fried) could be undeleted since I never did anything with it..
So I lost at maximum about 1.3 years of data.

It's not the worst, but rip music files..

Bios with less ram does, but that’s it.
