Can someone explain to me the APF for HCP?

I feel attacked... But as for someone that resign from job cuz I was continuing for degree means I have no stable income.

So, change of strategy:
1. Get as much money to buy her a new gold(I'm gonna need to research this)

2. Get as much money for the 2nd semester fee

3. Don't fck up in this mechanical engineering course despite the difficulty and success rate

And dad most likely gonna help without any hesitation but this was kinda my fault for failing that IT course. And using their money again after what I've done is stressing me out

I planned on covering the cost by doing commission but looking at my pace and price currently. That doesn't seem to work

Ok so, issue resolved (kinda).

I managed to ask around and the amount of it is not even closed to what I feared. But I'm still RM1.5k (roughly 350+ in USD) short to pay the degree course fee.

Mom offered to sell her gold to cover it but I rly hates that idea since she saved her own money for it.

There's a really, really worrying amount of numbers that I'm about to deal with and it's stressing and terrify me looking at my current situation.

As much as i love how that sounds, i kinda feel guilty for taking too long to finish a piece. I could just finish them in 3 days(sketch 1 day, lineart 1 day, color 1 day) but i keep procrastinating... and playing monhunt and work.
