I just finished this up in a SmArtSchool mentorship class with Sam Weber. 😊 The assignment was to create an illustration with an original character, and I went with my current D&D character 😅

Saw someone ask how I worked on my anxiety and then deleted the comment. Happy to talk about!

I'd suggest a therapist for guidance! I did exposure therapy. Sometimes I still do it! I recently had a spike of anxiety walking through an IKEA and had to leave. I went back a few days later with friends.

"Has anything great happened in your life because of social media?"

I don't think I would be where I am today without twitter. It led me to comics, and that gave me purpose during years where I was struggling with debilitating anxiety.
