I’m having this issue on 2 sales at the moment…
There’s hardly ever been a time when a cover/locum lawyer has been able, or wanted to, exchange on a sale or purchase as they’d rather wait till the original lawyer comes back as they don’t want to get blamed if anything goes wrong.

If you’ve found a property you want to buy and you’re selling then you are the best kind of client as you’re actually motivated to move.
There are too many sellers on the market motivated ONLY by money and not the move itself and THAT is why the market is stalled.

So let me know how you’ve reacted to the different types of #feedback from viewings on your property and if you’ve actually had feedback from the agent.
More often than not it’s about presentation or price or maybe it was something else and were you flexible or were you rigid and just didn’t care.
