these extended release pills im on now aint doing SHIT because today i was all over the place at work and home, i was soooo fucking irritated at everything, and im feeling sleepy all the time again!!!! it IS the first day... so im gonna give it the two weeks i have, but fuck dude. this shit sucks...

i finally got zaynes 5-star today!!!!!! (after 3 of sylus and 2 of caleb lol) and it was sooooo cute 🥹🥹🥹💕💕💕 except everything after the dance + post-dance cutscene was so ☝🤓 so that kinda almost ruined it for me tbh

grateful i was able to WFH today because i didnt realize i accidentally stayed up late last night and gave myself a migraine… was able to get more sleep in between work tasks that i otherwise just wouldve been stuck sitting in my office doing nothing instead.

felt 100% better today after a little nausea in the morning. wild. tomorrow i will try again with a smaller dose and see.

i ended up telling my psych what all is going on re: side effects, and thank GOD she responded so swiftly despite me sending the email at 7pm… so im taking a break from the meds entirely tomorrow and then praying that going back on a smaller dose wednesday doesnt set me off again
