When people say a vegan diet is too restrictive I laugh. When I went #vegan, I learned so much more about cooking, and my menu grew exponentially. I had to learn some new ways of doing things, how to make foods I already loved without the cruelty, & it also happens to be rewarding & lots of fun✌️☯️🌱

If anything is a vegan superpower it’s label reading. Few non-vegans read labels as carefully & most don’t realize that they’re bacon bits are #vegan. My takeaway; when you don’t like food because it’s vegan, it’s psychological. #GoVegan
