I think the How the Grinch Stole Christmas (2000) movie is written extremely well, and is fundamentally anticapitalist on both its surface level themes that children can understand... but also, in deeper-meaning scenes and subtext and style.

The media freak-out about train crashes is straight propaganda. All propaganda. Probably some of the most distilled propaganda in essence.
In the last ten years, deaths (in literally any way) involving a railroad, was 8407 in the US.
In Texas in 2023: 4291 people lost their lives due to cars.
In the last ten years, deaths (in literally any way) involving a railroad, was 8407 in the US.

I have figured out another aspect of wishbringing
Wish-dragons cannot grant their own wish; the energy needed is insurmountable. But when other creatures affirm and wish their own support into the matter, it becomes possible.
In a sense, all of you become wish-beings.
