The green space in front of the townhomes is mostly city right-of-way along with required front and corner yard setbacks. Since the homes are rentals, the property manager and landlord take care of maintaining it. ☺️

Totally fair question! Each of the three townhouses has its own parking, and the three SDUs aren't required to have any.
What was once a #singlehouse is now 6 new homes in Craig Henry. 🙌

#gentleinfill can add homes within existing #neighbourhoods without pushing people to the edges of the city.

More homes in the same neighbourhood. That’s the future.
The spot has walking paths, stunning lookouts, and unique features like the whispering structure & ha-ha wall. Well done 👏
