I started learning to play the piano, just very simple melodies and chords.

Today I woke up with "Sail Away" by David Gray in my mind. That song set my emotional baseline for the rest of the day until some social interactions in the evening. Getting back to this song now again.

Today I learned that eating meditation exists. For example, taking 20 minutes to eat 3 raisins while savouring every detail: the intention, the look, the texture, the chew, the taste, the swallow.
