- I draw a lot, I game a lot. But I can't keep ignoring how doing these two things in excess has cost me my health both mentally and physically. Walking early in the morning felt awful at first but ;w; I really love it now. People aren't awake yet and it's just me and Okami looking at the sky.

Sharing a little accomplishment from yesterday in that I managed to get to 5k steps yesterday! Back when I was working retail I'd pass that like it was nothing but that was pre-covid times. I've been working on building back up to it with intention to make 10k my goal. It's really hard for me!! -
