I’ve written a lot of smut but never did kinktober before so it’s been a good exercise in keeping things short LOL and to write quickly. It’s a good challenge to tackle! Even if you don’t write on time, the prompts can be good to encourage you to try something new

It’s hard seeing the same fics circulate as fandom favorites and be filled with yearning to have something that could make an impact on a lot of people. It can be discouraging sometimes, but I try to remember that I’m writing because I want to. For my friends and anyone that stumbles across my work
