It’s very simple and I’ll explain it to you. You showed an ID when you registered to vote. You have to prove your citizenship and eligibility to vote. When you initially register in your state

I did get in touch with the Officer handling the case this morning before the bond hearing

The officer went and talked to the prosecuting attorney

The person has been demanded back to jail on no bond

Case status update will be in November

The detective is gonna have the prosecutor call me

He will probably ending up meeting his own demise at his own had / either the drugs or alcohol or the speeding will kill him

I will be calling the prosecutor in the new case to tell them about the previous case I was involved in and that this person is a violent psychopath and that security in the court needs to be triple what they would normally have
I am pleased to report. They are currently incarcerated without bond.

I have recently found out that this person has committed several crimes most recently as of a week ago, brandished a firearm and shot an unarmed female
Who was taken to the hospital and luckily released after being struck by a bullet 3/3

I was in the middle of testimony when this happened
Because the court case was in 2020 it was Covid the person was allowed to report to the jail on weekends only & sit in their car for two hours on Saturday & Sunday & go home
Shame on the judiciary, & the sheriff for allowing that to happen 2/3

This is going to be hard to talk about but six years ago how is the victim of a violent crime?

The person was arrested - and charged with a felony. The charges were dropped to a misdemeanor.

During the actual trial, the defendant
