The narrator of this version, Glendart Jackson, does a great job with the Monster’s voice, and its transformation into an Emperor Palpatine-esque delivery as anger and rage fill the Monster is great!

I have too many ends to weave in and need to block it, but I finished the #MysteryMusiKAL. I always enjoy participating in #Westknit’s #MKAL and I loved #knitting it this year. Love my colors and the #LesGarcons yarn. But wow this pattern is a trip!!! When I get good photos, I’ll share.

The matter of fact delivery of the facts in this book forced me to stop reading at one point, I was shaking so much. Terrifying!

Living a mile from the border of DC, I’ve accepted that if this happens, I’ll be flash fried almost immediately. For all that is good, I hope for that to be true.

I’ve been in Boise, ID for 36 hours. I’m charmed. I didn’t take a bunch of photos, but I’m into what I’ve seen.

Bedtime Stories slowly became one of my favorite Madonna albums. It’s also the first one I purchased when it was released, 30 years ago!!! 30 Years Ago!!! 🥹🤪🫠

While in Montreal, we visited the Musée des beaux-arts de Montréal and I remain obsessed by James Tissot’s “October.”

I’m enthralled by the rich colors, how the figure seems to mysteriously summon the viewer to follow her into the woods, the curiosity of the subject of the book she carries, and of course the incredible details in the foliage and garments.
