Exactly! All over the world we can see the heroic women they are leading every field they are given the correct opportunity at! Perspective of people regarding women must be changed to see more positive outcomes.
It’s really a hard job to balance everything all at once. But we should keep our mind happy and body healthy so it is always wise and okay to sacrifice some of the work load to take care of ourselves 😊
Physical exercise is not only necessary for a sound body but also for a sound mind! I love it when I feel so light, relaxed and calm everytime after I work out.

According to me, sport is a specific kind of physical activity that requires strength, competition and is done under specified rules. Yoga, dancing, gardening are relaxation not sport.E sports are not actual sport according to me as they don’t require strength.
