I will check it out. I am similar lol. My dad was a nutrition professor so i also transform into him sometimes and tell ppl about how actually it’s much better and cheaper to try to make changes to your diet (if that’s accessible to you) than to take too many supplements!

yeah for sure! that’s why supplements are fascinating to me - because in so many ways they are a misinfo gateway drug for many Americans. for example, the original CR article made a great point about how Americans generally get plenty of protein and don’t need to supplement at all.

back when i had a Weed Show i really wanted to do an episode about supplements. after the federal govt legalized hemp and various hemp-based supplements started popping up all over the country….

feels like there’s a story once every 5-10 years about how actually most supplements contain lead and horse pee….maybe we should regulate the shit out of these powder peddlers?? i know i know, that’s not likely especially considering that certain cabinet members in this admin sell supplements 🤡

I’m sharing a Palestinian account every day and today is Mohammed. Mohammed was finishing his studies to be a civil engineer in Rafah. His home and the small farm that him and his family had were destroyed. He’s now trying to survive with his large family, including many small children, in tents.
