Cyrus went on a foster sleepover!

What a busy Clear the Shelters weekend! On event day, 21 animals found their new homes. 🎉

Friday brought 7 adoptions, Sunday added another 12, and we have 7 more in progress that will be heading home soon.
We did the math for you - that's 47 adoptions! Woohoo!

Thank you to everyone who came to the eagle release yesterday! 🦅

A few months ago, this eagle was found dangling from a tree, tangled in fishing line. LCAS HLEOs were able to free it, and thanks to Blue Ridge Wildlife Center and Kristi's Wildlife Rehabilitation care, the eagle made a full recovery!
