Being met with underlying panic as a reaction to your everyday person does not provide room for us ND to build the confidence we need to open up. It's disastrous.

But it's also given me the chance to understand how crucial finding a right fit is.

Finding therapy with someone experienced in adult ASD has been the hardest. Each failed attempt just pushes one further down the rabbit hole... It's tiring.

Not to forget the trauma caused by inexperienced folk who would want to give their practice a try on you until you lose your whole faith. Ugh😭

Crazy, even the main Puerto Rican newspaper, El Nuevo Día, has gone full "Das Reich" on us. I grew up learning so much from that paper.

Damn. Never in my life did I see myself needing 4 computer monitors to manage my daily productivity, but here we are.

Going from 3->4 seemed ridiculous... Once I accepted it, my organizational skills jumped through the roof 🤯.
