It had sequences and shots that were really cool, but ultimately felt like a one trick pony Shyamalan thing that they beat to death. I get it, his first movie and all. Probably had no money. Under the Silver Lake was much more interesting to me. The guy is a good filmmaker!

This one goes hard and never even thinks about tapping the brakes. Carpenter is going full Eddie Harris here. He's using Crisco, Vagisil and his own snot to get hitters out and it mostly works. Also Sheryl Lee is naked and has a tramp stamp of a 🐍

Yeah it’s the one that played in theaters that has “scene missing” cards. They cut a whole sequence out to make it around 90 minutes. QTs cut is 113.

As I navigate unemployment, some days the only joy I have is a trip to Subway. I go to the one that has a push button ordering board. Which means I don't have to talk to the artist who makes it. Just like the 5 automated rejection emails I got before 10am did.
