A couple of Venatori recruits have Rook (Shadow Dragon, elf, Non-binary) tied to a chair as if to get info from them. Rook ask them if they know who their wife is (Neve, by the way), but they take it as if Rook is just stupid.

A very happy Rook (Shadow Dragon, elf, Non-binary) says hello to Neve that's just coming through the door with a very aggressive aura, ready to kick Venatori ass. The recruits are very confused.

Comic of a moment that shows Neve being "ambushed" by Rook (Shadow Dragon, elf, butch/NB). Neve is confused at first but then she lets go into the sensation. (Everything is colored in purple tones, given this is a dream)

Second part of the comic. Neve is enjoying the dream while she sleeps in her desk. Rook (SD, elf, butch/NB) interrupts her by waking her up. Neve wakes up all flustered, turns out Rook just wanted to give her some coffee bc they know Neve doesn't sleep well. Rook then goes to take a tea to Bellara, leaving Neve spiraling bc her dream. (This one is colored in the fade colors bc they're awake)

The shadow dragons hideout has a hole the size of Neves room at the light house blasted into it, everyone even related to a shadow is either hanged or brutalized, and the few members who remain have to take refuge in the fade. Dock town has it worse than treviso if we’re talking about scale.
