I think there are also important questions for the UN agencies receiving this funding from FIFA.
It's understandable they need resources for vital work, but what efforts did they make to push FIFA to compensate workers when signing up for this?

Thousands of workers were injured or died to prepare the Qatar World Cup. A report commissioned by FIFA, and never publicly revealed, says FIFA should compensate workers or families directly impacted by toll of working in Qatar. Unlikely FIFA will do that.
