quarantine put a new looming dread in me that I didn't know possible. in a lot of ways, it felt like a slow rollout of the same reverberations of 9/11. The world was going to change for the worse not just because of the event, but it would bend to the benefit of professional opportunists.

The chihuahua is a dog I misunderstood for most of my life, because people often raise them like spoiled babies. I was surprised to find out that if you work with them and raise them right, they can be some of the coolest pets ever. All the snuggliness of a cat and the connection of a dog.
