Voters need to demand Universal Healthcare/ Medicare for All. I wont support any candidate who will not implement it. And even that is a compromise, bc it will still be more expensive in the US than it is for Europeans.

Its not a big mystery. The difference is that rump allowed Israel to bomb gaza to the ground and starve the people until hamas had no choice but to agree to this deal. There were no special negotiation tactics at play here.
