I haven’t had a good night sleep in god knows how long. I fall asleep and wake up an hour later, struggle to fall asleep again and wake up an hour later.This lasts all night. Right now I have a cold. My body aches.The one time I need sleep more then ever. Nope still awake every hour. I can’t take it
