This sounds so silly of me to say, but find some phone games! The more mindless the better! That way you can still get that phone accessibility but you’re not “as connected”. It’s helped with me SO MUCH with mental health this year lol 💀

I’m sure that’s part of it! I’m more just perplexed by the bizzare middle-school-esque writing styles popping up more & more. Like there’s always been pulp trashy literature but even going back a decade or two ago the writing styles were at least more bearable lol

Like genuinely is it a nepotism thing? Bc I’ve seen so so so many talented writers & artists get rejected from publishing agencies but then THESE are the best sellers??? I’m just confused by it lol
