Tuesday is a day for special elections... some involving battles between a MAGA and a Democrat. To me the choice is simple. Do you want to support a party run by a bunch of rich white men or a party that believes in equality of opportunity and that diversity is a strength? Vote for Democracy!

Trump's invasion of Portland is wrong for so many reasons. The anti-ice riots he referred to were from years ago. There is no antifa terrorist group... most Americans are anti-fascism and speak out against Nazism & hate groups. Troops should NEVER go into an American city for intimidation purposes.

I certainly don't approve of murder, but the world is a better place without Kirk. He promoted fascism & bigotry and encouraged hatred & violence towards those who opposed his fanatical right-wing ideology.

Why aren't the police in the forefront for stricter gun regulations? Now any Tom, Dick & Harry with a grudge can get killing machines like an AR-15 or automatic pistol. A couple of days ago a man bought an auto pistol in Orlando to kill an officer he argued with... he shot him in the back 24 times.
This is 24-year-old, Matthew J. Ruth, of Hanover, Pennsylvania who shot and killed three police officers and left two more wounded yesterday with an AR-15.

At Trump/Putin's press briefing the 2 dictators agreed on thing... their 'national' interests is priority (which is centered on their personal agendas of power & prestige). Trump's ego was the real reason for the summit (Trump lusts for the Nobel peace award) and Putin played him.

Texas hasn't received FEMA aid yet. The callous disregard from officials is shocking. I hope Texans remember this in 2026. Ultimately, it seems the priority is enriching the wealthy using funds collected from struggling individuals.
