I’m so hurt. I’m upset. I’m angry because of an individual’s careless behavior. I trusted this person, but no. They decided to make excuses and laugh it off like it doesn’t mean anything. I’m done trusting people.

I brought out my “mean teacher” voice yesterday to a student who refused to do his work. I gave him my expectations, offered him two choices (either do his work and receive a Dojo point for Class Dojo, OR, get the zero and no Dojo point).
I can say this job has prepared me to become more stern.
