I started last year because of extreme anxiety. I'm much better but will never stop going. It's just so helpful. And I'm very open about it. You've got a sore ankle. Go to the GP. Sore mind? See a different doctor. No stigma.

Absolutely gorgeous and yet quite sad movie in some ways. Interestingly, I've never 'heard' a consonant at the beginning of the notes. Think more of the hand gestures.
