I’m feeling much better, so I’m pouring candles today. For the fun of it, here’s a mini flash sale while I work: use code CANDLEDAY at checkout for 10% off. It does work on Fall/Holiday items!

This fragrance is just going to have to live with small labels for awhile because I printed an entire sheet of these and I’m a cheap old bastard who isn’t going to just throw them away
I do believe I have Covid again because my sense of smell has completely disappeared. I uhhh will not be working on product development for my candles etc until it returns. Obviously.
Why are Tyson chicken nuggets like that, man. That ain’t chicken. That’s a cleaning sponge. What a horrendous texture. Turning meat into whatever those are is an affront to god.
I thought I used too much blue but I don’t think I used enough.
First pour used 4 drops and the hot wax looked BLACK so I backed off to only 2. But I think I should’ve gone harder? That first pour was also competing with vanillin content so idk. This was not a very scientific test.
I’ll do a little test batch to check its performance, but where safety is concerned, it’s safe in concentrations WAY above what I’d use in carpet sprinkle. (Like, using the max safe amount in it would make very gross sludge and not be powder anymore.)
Made a generic wax melt label just for product photo purposes, so every page has one. Of course, I have to retake it again, because I got some schmutz on the label…
The vast majority of my fragrances look to be safe (barring individual pet sensitivities). Only a few I’ll have to exclude. I just have to wait for my label sheets to come in, really.
Well, it works. So carpet fresh may be coming to my shop soon, after I comb through all the IFRA reports to check which fragrances are safe to use in it!
