I did the word cloud thing for my Bluesky posts and my most common word was “happy”. Proof positive that one can feel existential dread while also having a grateful heart and hope for better things after [gestures broadly].

There’s a big difference between a situation that is fluid and a fluid situation. I’m not saying they can’t be used interchangeably, but my follow-up questions are going to be wildly different.

I scrolled back through the timeline this morning just to make sure all of that really happened and it wasn’t some strange collective delusion we were having yesterday.
I feel insane, I cannot go from "Mamdani wooed Trump so good he admitted to being a fascist" to "MTG quit congress and possibly politics altogether" to a video of the Pope saying Amen right before the beat drops at a rave in front of a cathedral and the DJ is a preist. I can't think anymore.
