Nobara and Megumi point blank confess to Yuuji that they like him. Yuuji misinterprets this to mean platonically.

Shocked by Yuuji's obliviousness, Nobara grabs Yuuji by the shoulder and insists that they like-like him. Yuuji repeats the words back at them, clearly still not taking it the right way. Megumi exasperatedly say, 'Oh my God' at their predicament.

Nobara then grabs Yuuji's hands, and plainly confesses that the two of them LOVE him. Yuuji wholeheartedly tells them he loves them too, since they're his best friends. It leaves the two of them speechless.

Seeing the two of them despondent, Yuuji hugs Nobara, and is then joined in by Megumi in a group hug. Yuuji tells them how they are both cute, and if they just wanted to be reassured with those words, he would happily tell them anytime they wanted him to. Embarrassed, Megumi asks Yuuji to stop.
