I literally crave like friend time in droves right before a crash. It's so fucking weird...and these past 2 weeks I have been in my vc EVERY night and this morning I was like "oh....no...."

Hitting a depression spike as an extrovert is weird because I don't immediately shut down like most.

In fact, the only tell one is coming is I become WAY more aggressive about group hang outs until one day it all catches up to me and I crash.

It's like... depression lag

Work wiped me out today. I think I moved a little more than I was supposed to due to offsite meetings and what not and I'm not having a very comfortable time managing my pain.
