ICE forcibly remove woman in wheelchair—pick up & blind man and throw him down on the concrete.

"Agents picked me up and threw me to the ground," he wrote. "They did the same thing to another person in a wheelchair."

The incident occurred outside the ICE facility in Portland, Oregon. #DemsUnited
