Was this cookie recipe specifically for bars? It looks great but I would like to have a traditional cookie shape, I too have rice flour to use up but I keep my in the freezer to prolong it.

Ah! That makes sense, I might have to try the fridge and then put them outside in Feb to bloom sooner, otherwise mine don’t come up until May and that’s completely southern Sun 😩 and after a MN winter I want color to look at!

Can I ask what you in January with the bulbs? I tried planting in my raised bed last Fall but they didn’t turn out, would love to have them bloom before spring. I’m in zone 4b
