Blog update: I forgot that clean, semantic html and css are nice to work with. Fun to just doodle around. Working on making every HR tag style with a randomly selected hex tile drawn on top.

I had an out of body experience because, reading this with a moderate flu-driven fever, I got confused as to what I was actually reading. This is so close in direction to my own metroidvania ttrpg post that I even have an infected crossroads slide in there.
In my marketing blurb, I call the Castle Automatic a Metroidvania-inspired dungeon.

I had an out of body experience because, reading this with a moderate flu-driven fever, I got confused as to what I was actually reading. This is so close in direction to my own metroidvania ttrpg post that I even have an infected crossroads slide in there.
I was in Disney Springs on Lorcana launch day, showed up with my kids 10 minutes after store opening only to find all the cards had already been bought by scalpers. The kids were disappointed enough that they never went back to check out the game ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I stopped caring about trying to stop piracy in 1993 when a coworker of my Dad's showed me how he uses a filter to xerox "nonrepro" blue originals.
This isn't a moral judgment for or against piracy, but I saw the futility of trying to stop it.

The most important question to be asking kids when playing ttrpgs with them is "What do you think [NPC] will do if your character does that?" They are often saying funny stuff without realizing they don't wanna roleplay the consequences.

The new AP Comp Sci maintains what I think is defective ordering, starting with the connection between booleans and other values via comparison, moving to control structures, then backwards to boolean expressions.
