The ref definitely saw that he was down holding his head. He made a judgement call to let play go on a few seconds.

I don’t see how that could possibly be doubted.

That’s true. But ref has to gauge what he sees and how likely it is a serious head injury has been sustained. Some incidents it’s very clear that there has been a huge collision with the head so I expect the ref to go straight to his whistle, other incidents maybe let a little bit of play finish.

Also it is possible to say that the ref made the right call and didn’t need to stop play - because he wasn’t concussed, he didn’t leave the field even.

My initial point was about what a waste of money and bad idea environmentally the proposal was - and reading the article made no difference.

The direct question I asked you was about transport spending.

It makes sense to read a question and understand it before replying
