Blogging is great for vis, but annoying when they pile up. I got about 5 or so featured I still need to write posts for. It could be the perfectionist in me who wants to make each one count. Each feature should be a story, not a straight advertisement.

Say hello to Stripboard v3! We have rebuilt the stripboard (and frequency selector) from the ground up to provide a customizable and interactive experience. You can now add, remove, rename, and drag strips around (like IRL boards)!

Sorry for the silence recently. We added and tested flight planning to the upcoming release of Airwave recently, but found it might make gameplay worse. Gamifying our existing simulator proves to be difficult and will take a long time to get right.

We've just added a QoL improvement to taxiing in Airwave. When an aircraft has a runway as their target (on the ground), you can tell them to "line up and wait" or that they're "cleared for takeoff". This will modify the destination such that they don't need to be on the runway when you clear them!

This is our most recent feature, flight management. Instead of automatic spawning, players can how schedule inbound and outbound flights in advance, as they please!

We've recently upgraded logic for air and ground in Airwave, creating a more intuitive behavior when landing or taxiing. Our goal has always been realism, and this is another step towards that!

Airwave is heavily inspired by Endless ATC, Tower3DPro, and a bunch of other games. We wanted to ensure a realistic simulation while also keeping the game _a game_. Think airport management with realistic operations, including air traffic control. That's our vision.
