Particularly in joint projects involving indigenous, métis, Inuit and public health.

3D printed homes aren't what Canada's housing and construction industry needs.

- focus on expanding mass timber and pre-fab using 🇨🇦 grown timber.
- revise building code, inspection process to make the above easier choices
- simplify permit process

Home buying drama isn't good for my blood pressure.

Home we want to buy received/accepted (an absurd offer) $50k over asking from a competing group.

Their financing fell through (obv.)

Now we're back, like the Seahawks we're playing a defensive game this round of negotiations. 🤞🏻

Why don't cities offer more city run services?

Seems city managed services could help balance affordability while bringing in extra revenue to re-invest back into the community.

- housing
- food/grocery
- probably something else !?

How in 2026 do we not have a unified public transit strategy from Vancouver to Chilliwack and Vancouver to Squamish under one jurisdiction?

These are the emerging lengths folks are commuting to downtown. Non HWY/single vehicle options are severely lacking.
