My first 6 months as a #founder I felt like I was failing
I was chasing the visible momentum I was used to from corporate

The reality? The most important work was happening underground.
I wasn't building momentum, I was building roots

Trust the unseen progress

We've made #marketing too complex.

Founders are burning cash on channels that don't work.

Your competitive edge isn't a bigger budget.
It's radical clarity.

Stop wasting millions on glossy brochures and paid ads nobody trusts.

Your university's most powerful marketing asset is already on campus, and it's not your marketing team.

Here's the truth about what actually drives enrolment: 🧵

Pivoting is the scariest thing do to... Today I've realised the biggest blocker is external perception

The What will they say?

Lesson of the day, as I'm preparing for a massive pivot is "but who are THEY?" 1 why should you care about people who never paid anyway?

Stop adding AI as a “feature” to your startup. It's a fundamental shift, and 99% of founders in the GCC are getting it wrong.

Hub71 just announced its largest cohort to date, with 81% of the new startups being AI-driven. This isn't a trend; it's a brutal new requirement.

just read a post from someone saying 'they don't read book', and continued on a litany of why books are overrated and they learn more from youtube than books.
While I agree that you don't learn to be a founder in a book, books have a specific way of capturing attention and expanding our minds.

Most founders build a Go-to-Market plan that's destined to fail.

They jump straight to tactics (ads, social) before nailing the foundation.

Here’s the 3-step foundation I used to scale an EdTech to €13M ARR:

Me: 👁️👄👁️

But sure, it's the economy

Stop.

Your entire Q4 growth plan is probably wrong.

The GCC market has 3 new, unspoken rules. Ignore them and you'll get left behind this year.

Some days I know what I'm doing. Most of the days I've no idea if what I'm doing is the right thing to do.

That's what I wrote in my journal this morning.

I guess that's the reality of entrepreneurship, and I also guess it's ok because I trust myself enough to keep going.
