We have just submitted a planning application for 14 new homes & Common House for Halton Senior CoHousing group, but this one is a little different!
We call these homes Tam, and they can move!

Living in a straw bale home in this weather would be crazy, right?
Wrong!
Straw changes its moisture content in sync with its environment.
As it does this, there is heat exchange at a cellular level within the fabric of the straw itself!
It keeps you cool in summer & warm in winter!

The UK Enterprise Investment Scheme gives investors tax relief, no Capital Gains on exit & is Inheritance Tax free!
It is great for the investor, but more importantly, it supports innovative start-ups!

The investment comes with a £25 m fund to pay to build new homes!
