I did 189 days feb-august then took a break, the BP results got me back running again. I might have to consider every other day now I have my base fitness back up

I started one again 3 weeks ago in a bid to bring down my BP (I've been signed off from that now). But I'm still running haha. Started taking some thyroid meds a week ago, so I don't know if I'm adjusting to that

Yeah, I'm fine thanks. Thankfully it was dark and I don't think there was anyone around to see me so I suppose it's a case of "if a big guy falls when running and no one was around to see it.. did he really fall?" My cut knee would suggest said big guy did fall, haha
