Muffaletta sandwiches and red rice and beans was gladly served over the weekend at my house. The olive tapenade is home made, by me. The sandwich is requested by family members several times a year. The sandwich recipe is a tweaked Central Grocery, New Orleans copy cat.

Question for the bakers making brown butter cookies. Do you find the baked and cooked cookies greasy? I have tried brown butter cookies but each time the finished cookie was greasy. Suggestions on how to fix are welcome.
