Agriculture is the staple of many African economies, accounting for upwards of 60% of the GDP in some instances. As we remark on seismic shifts in rainfall patterns (read: Botswana's recent unusual rainfall deluge) we applaud farmers doing the MOST to keep Africans fed and our economies going.

So far trade tariffs have threatened America's largest trading partners but #Africa seems to have slipped under the radar. Either because our contributions have been negligible or noone knows where we are. 😏
